Meet Gina
Gina is a natural problem solver. When her infant daughter was diagnosed with life-threatening food allergies, she took immediate action. Drawing on her background as a special education teacher and trained school administrator, she founded a non-profit focused on education and advocacy. Her expertise quickly gained recognition at both local and national levels, leading to roles as an expert witness and contributor to national publications. Through her national consulting firm, she coauthored the Preschool Food Allergy Handbook (adopted by all NYC public preschools) and developed educational materials for the FDA, National PTA, and major non-profits like FARE and AAFA. Gina has also been a sought-after speaker at conferences worldwide.
After her daughter entered college, she chose to shift gears and embark on a new path, utilizing her skills and expertise to benefit clients with their real estate needs.
Identifying needs and providing solutions has been the cornerstone of her work. Listening to her clients and their concerns, Gina determines what is needed and the best way to achieve it. Her personal life experiences, having sold homes through many life stages and in different markets, is invaluable. Gina understands first-hand the importance of these life transitions and the need for professional service to make your move as seamless as possible.
Gina also brings strong business acumen to her work with commercial clients and investors. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she learned first-hand how to run a business and bring ideas to fruition. She understands the importance of grit, hard work, and building relationships to find opportunities for her clients. As a proud member of the Commercial Investment Division of the New Haven Middlesex Realtors Association, she leverages her network to benefit her clients.
When not working, you’ll likely find her playing tennis, hunting for unique art and vintage decor, walking her two rescue dogs, or cheering on her daughter at a lacrosse game. Above all, she cherishes spending time with her family.
