Gina M Lee's Bio

When facing the decision to buy or sell a home you don't need just any realtor, you need a problem-solver and an advocate for your specific needs.  Not everyone can navigate all the necessary steps, think through contingencies, and get the job done – but Gina Lee WILL get the job done and provide you will results you can count on!

Gina is a natural problem solver.  When her infant daughter was diagnosed with life-threatening food allergies, she immediately took action.  Tapping into her experience as a special education teacher and trained school administrator, she founded a non-profit focusing on education and advocacy.  As a result, she became a trusted expert on the local and national level, being hired as an expert witness and writing for national publications. Through her own consulting firm, she coauthored the Preschool Food Allergy Handbook which was adopted by all NYC public preschools, and created educational materials used by the FDA, the National PTA, and national non-profits including FARE and AAFA. She was a professional speaker at local, national and international conferences.

Identifying needs and providing solutions has been the cornerstone of her work.  Listening to her clients and their concerns, Gina determines what is needed and the best way to achieve it. Her personal life experiences, having sold homes through many life stages and in different markets, is invaluable.  Whether moving cross country with a toddler, moving back to CT with a preschooler and an infant, or moving to a larger home with two growing children, Gina understands first-hand the importance of these life transitions and the need for professional service to make your move as seamless as possible.  Reach out to Gina with your real estate needs!
